After our initial phone conversation or online correspondence, we do an onsite design
consultation.  This allows us to see your space in person and gather more information.
Often, this will include taking measurements, obtaining pictures, sharing ideas and
collaborating with you on the design direction. This is a time for feedback on your
design needs.

Once you decide to proceed with the design process and concept, we will draft a Letter
of Agreement. This document will outline the scope of the project. This can be as deep
as a complete home remodel or as simple as accessories selection.

as they look. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, from the layout and lighting to the finishes, textures,
materials and overall atmosphere of the space.
Our interior design service covers the full design process, from initial concept development through to
technical documentation. This gives your architect, builder or contractor clear design direction and
ensures that every element is properly coordinated and professionally executed.
For projects that require something unique, we also design custom furniture and bespoke joinery that
is tailored specifically to your space, style and practical needs. From the first design idea to final
installation, we manage the process to ensure a seamless and refined result.
This service includes soft finishes, furniture, décor, window treatments, wall finishes, kitchens, built-in
cupboards, custom joinery, decorative lighting and other interior elements required to complete the
space beautifully.

Once we have created the design concept(s), we will present them to you.  Our goal is
always that you LOVE the design plans. In which case, you may complete the design
implementation on your own. However, we are also available to complete the design
implementation. This may also be a time to plan modification and improvements based
on your feedback.

After the design has been approved, we proceed with the costing and sourcing phase. During this
stage, we prepare a comprehensive budget by obtaining supplier quotations and pricing all required
items, including hard finishes, soft finishes, furniture, fittings, fixtures and décor pieces.
Once the budget has been reviewed and approved, we manage the full procurement process on your
behalf. This includes sourcing products, placing orders, following up with suppliers, tracking progress,
coordinating deliveries and ensuring that all items are received according to the project requirements.
Through our network of reliable suppliers and service providers, we aim to secure quality products,
dependable lead times and a smooth procurement process from start to finish.

We oversee the complete execution of your project, ensuring that every stage is properly coordinated
and managed. This includes working closely with contractors and suppliers, monitoring timelines,
managing site progress, and addressing any challenges that may come up during the implementation
phase.
Once the construction work is complete, we move into the final installation stage. This includes
placing furniture, installing décor pieces, arranging accessories, completing final styling, and
preparing the space for client handover.

Deliveries are received at your site and installed in phases, or in the final step of the
project. In a full service design model, we will oversee the delivery and installation
process.  We will be on site to ensure the design vision comes together smoothly and
pieces are implemented as planned. Installing items as received is also any option we
support.
